Summary

Today is the last day that i work there.Most of them din know today was the last day that worked .haha......when they knew that i was leaving,they were quite sad. =(

Actually , i was very down and sad since yesterday.i think i need some time to accept the reality.It is an adversity in my life!!! I think i have to try to accept and overcome it.

Ok,back to the point now.I would like to make a summary about my working experience in these recent two months.I m very happy to make some new friends.Some of them are sushi chefs,waiters,waitress and suppliers oso.I have learnt a lot of things. I really do.I have learnt how to be polite n "sweet" so that we can get more TIPS and oso how to EAT.haha........

Eating is wat i like the most.......i have tried a variety of sushi n sashimi such as kaki( oyster),salmon belly,kanpachi,hirame.But i haven't tried the Akagai before.It is a type of shell .They are still alived when they reach the customers' mouths, man!!!I really dun dare to eat them.so cruel........

Ok,there comes another new sushi chef-黄师父.Don't know why i have become the 十三姨!!!funny?haha.....today after 3pm,we went to secret recipe in jusco to celebrate la.......i had ordered one of my favourite cake-Oreo cheese cake....haha.......

I am very happy to have all of them in my life .thanks you 4 giving me a very memorable birthday celebration.thanks you my aunt -ms. yee oso la.haha......then thank you 4 having lunch with me every day.haha....as i m a choosy person i think...... thanks girls and boys

After our lunch , they took me to the capcom station in jusco.I din know y i really dislike to go that kind of place.....haha....they said i was an odd person.haha......maybe la i think....i dislike the environment and also the people there....very chaos n noisy.

Then, 5 .30pm i went back to the restaurant to meet with my aunt.when that 'custard'(the people that i hate the most ,who bother wat i wrote in my blog) knew that today was my last day, he said he was very sad n miss me wo.....ask him to stay away from me la......pretentious old man.....hern.....

黄师父 was quite sad bcz after i have gone then no one be able to help him to make wasabi lo....haha....actually wasabi is in powder form.just mix it with water then stir it then it's so call wasabi already.....haha.....all of them can't stand the strong smell that irritate their noses n also eyes.haha.....i like to play with it leh.....that's y whenever they want to make wasabi , the "wang si fu' sure asked me to do it 4 him because dunno y i wun cry wo....haha.....they were very awed when they saw me making the wasabi without crying.....haha

Before i left,finally the 'wang xi fu ' n 'custard' taught me how to make temaki(hand roll) -salmon salad which is my favourite also.haha.....so delicious n well-made .haha.....so proud

Finally, i left !!!

Now only i find that too ambitious is not good.i'm really exhausted .......can i be simple ?but to me, it's quite difficult. load of stress has made me suffocated already......need more oxygen now...hahaha.....really very tired n exhausted now...
